Organisation and approach

Preschool 345 is a charity run as a non profit organisation. We are run by a committee of volunteers made up of parents, carers and two members of the current staff.

Our staff are a team of dedicated and highly qualified individuals. They support the children’s learning journeys, in line with the Early Years curriculum, through a range of stimulating and fun activities. We routinely use Makaton signs and activities for the children include yoga, music, art and crafts, cooking and much more. We have close links with local schools and work hard to support the children’s transition into school. More information about what we get up to can be found in the Preschool Day section of the website.

Setting

Located in the centre of Beeston we are adjacent to the tram and bus interchange. We operate in the 6th Beeston scout headquarters, a modern spacious building with a secure outside play area. Our staff make excellent use of the adaptable spaces to ensure children can play in various ways outside and inside whatever the weather.
