Fees
We charge £17.00 for a 3 hour session (April 2025). This can be either 9:00am – 12:00pm or 12:00pm– 3:00pm. Sessions can be combined allowing children to stay the full day.
We charge £3.00 for an early start from 8:30am – 9:00am and £3.00 for a late finish from 3:00pm – 3:30pm.
For parents who pay tax, there is a government scheme to help with childcare costs.
Apply through the government website to create a childcare account.

You make payments into your childcare account and these are matched by 20% tax relief from the government. You can then direct the account to make payments to Preschool 345 (Beeston) OFSTED number EY332221
Funding
If you are entitled to any of the following nursery funding, please let us know before your child starts at Preschool. If we do not receive the appropriate information about your funding by the beginning of the term, we will not receive payment from the Council and you will have to pay for sessions using fees.
In all cases, families need to complete and sign a paper funding form from Preschool. We will need to see proof of date of birth.
Universal nursery funding is available to all children aged 3 and 4, the term after their 3rd birthday. The funding pays for 15 hours of Preschool sessions and can be claimed by filling in a paper form from Preschool.
An additional 15 hours of nursery funding can be claimed by working parents who earn at least the threshold, equal to 16 hours at minimum wage, per week. This must be claimed before the start of term and the 11 digit code shared with Preschool. This gives a family a total of 30 hours of nursery funding.

For 2 year olds, there are two possible nursery funding schemes. For families where all parents earn at least the threshold, equal to 16 hours at minimum wage, a week, 15 hours of nursery funding can be claimed from the age of 9 months. This must be claimed before the start of term and the 11 digit code shared with Preschool.

Another scheme for the term after your child’s 2nd birthday, applies to families who received certain benefits eg universal credit, and non-UK residents who cannot receive benefits. The 15 hours of nursery funding can be claimed through the Local Council website. This is can be done before your child starts at Preschool. We will need a copy of the confirmation letter.
Term dates are set by the Council as starting 1st September, 1st January and 1st April.
Funding is for term-time only, 38 weeks, and can be split between two settings.
